T Developments, part of TATRA Group, has announced T19 Business Complex on Plot FD-19 in Financial District 2 of the New Administrative Capital.
The project rises to ground plus eight floors, combining office units on the upper floors with a podium of retail, restaurants and cafés around a central plaza. It was designed by Mohamed Talaat Architects around the concept of “Framed Light”.
The building faces the Governmental District monorail station and lies ten minutes from the Regional Ring Road and the Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis.
